NEB (full name Nebula) is the one token every on-chain feature in nebulous.world uses: votes, tag stakes, unstake fees, ad-revenue rewards, and the data API’s per-request pricing are all denominated in NEB.

How to get NEB

NEB isn’t minted or sold by the nebulous_world program itself. It’s minted once, with its full supply, with on-chain Metaplex metadata — that entire supply then seeds a single-sided NEB/USDC pool on Meteora’s Dynamic Liquidity Market Maker (DLMM). Buying NEB is a direct swap against that public pool, the same way you’d swap into any other SPL token — not a special instruction on nebulous.world’s own program.

Where NEB moves

Simulation mode

Until a real NEB mint and treasury address are configured for a given deployment, every NEB-denominated feature above (voting, staking, withdrawal fees, and the data API) runs in a simulation mode: fully interactive and exercisable, but without a real token movement or a real x402 payment requirement. This is a deployment-time configuration, not a user-facing setting — see the main repo’s README.md if you’re running your own instance.
